Project Kickoff
Once your contract is in place, we schedule a kickoff call within the first week. We pull your road inventory from your GIS data, walk through your network with you, confirm the scope, and set the video capture schedule.

Data Analysis & Quality Review

PCI (Pavement Condition Index) is the industry-standard scoring system (0-100) established by ASTM International. Every PMG score follows the ASTM D6433 standard.
